Getting an Attacker

One should not create or exacerbate lies about another practitioner of magick.  To do so only makes you the bigger loser when all has been balanced out.  Few of the craft see competition to be a viable out let for progress.  Games such as "Magic the Gathering" and "D&D" are not accurate portrayals of magick as it really needs to be.  Even when Aleister Crowley wrote of magician battles in Moonchild he was speaking of the work on a much grander level than bull shit status in a town no one knows outside of itself.  Only a loser who has found a magic book, has too much time on their hands, no real social interactions, and no real concept of the Karma and Dharma involved would wish to undertake such a wasteful use of greater and lesser magicks.

The one thing I have learned (with the greatest strength) during my time of study, is that destruction only brings more destruction.  To destroy those around you with magick and falsity will only bring further destruction and woe to your own life.  This is double to 10-fold when the victim is knowledgeable of the actions taken against them and fights back.  No magician will take an assault against them with out a fight; and especially when they did no wrong to their attackers.  You wouldn't sit back and allow some one to harm, or take, your family and possessions in the physical realm with out trying to stop them, would one?  The total passivisation of the attacker is the only way to find balance and equal ion a situation of this kind.

This route does not allow Karma to take back its hold of you.  You have done no extra harm against them.  All you have done if use your abilities and training to rise above your attacker and take the highest plane of magick  possible.  This route will cause destruction to your attacker, but it will not bring harm unto yourself.  Think of it as a court battle where those who chose punishment and restitution are all knowing, wise, and balancing forces that are not flawed human beings.  Mistakes will not be made, and the balancing of need will be taken care of.  Your life will return to normal, and you will know that your inflicter of harm is being justly punished.
